    Slow Cooker Pulled Beef

    Incredibly juicy and tender, full of mouthwatering flavors, this Slow Cooker Beef is the most delicious family meals. Beef tenderloin is cooked low and slow in the crock-pot or multi-cooker in a tangy, sweet, and slightly spicy homemade barbecue sauce that is simply irresistible.

    This recipe does not require any smoker and is made with simple ingredients, cooked slowly until it is perfectly tender and falls apart in a sweet and tangy sauce. 

    You can make this in a crockpot or simply use your Multi Cooker and choose the slow cook method.

    What you’ll need to make slow cooker pulled beef

    • Beef
    • Spices
    • Beef or vegetable stock
    • Apple cider vinegar
    • Honey
    • Crushed tomatoes

    How to make Slow cooker Pulled Beef

    • In a small bowl, combine all the spices together.
    • Place a diced onion into the bottom of a slow cooker.

    • Gently pat the beef fillet dry with a paper towel, so that the rub adheres to the beef better.
    • Rub the seasonings evenly with your fingers over the beef fillet on both sides.

    • Add chopped onions into the slow cooker and follow with spiced beef fillet on top.
    • In a large mixing bowl, mix together the apple juice, vinegar, tomatoes, and honey together and pour over the beef.

    • Cook on low for 8 hours. At around 6-7 hours mark, open the lid and pull the beef apart with two forks. Be careful not to scratch the bottom of the slow cooker. (You can also take the beef out and do it on a separate plate.) When done, close the lid and let it finish cooking.
    • After cook time, remove beef from slow cooker and place in large bowl.

    • Serve on buns, or over mashed potatoes, pasta, rice, in tortillas/chimichangas, pita bread, etc.

    • 1 ¾ lb boneless beef roast
    • 2 teaspoon salt
