These Frozen Yogurt Cups are so incredibly easy to make! They are perfect as a healthy alternative to high-calorie ice cream and taste like snickers! So good...

This recipe requires only a few ingredients like yogurt, granola, sweetener, a bit of vanilla, toppings like chocolate, and peanut butter.
You can whip up these frozen yogurt cupcakes really fast and they are perfect for hot weather outside (but not only! I love to snack on those during fall and spring too!).
It's a great healthy alternative to ice cream and makes a delicious snack. You can easily customize these cups choosing from tons of flavors: favorite berries, fruits, classical PBJ, chocolate, nuts, granola, and basically anything you like!
How To Make Snickers Ice Cream Cups
STEP 1
- Fill the silicon nonstick cupcake tins with the granola. (up to a half of the mold)
STEP 2
- Mix the yogurt and coconut milk and sweetener if using.
STEP 3
- Pour over the granola and drizzle with peanut butter (for better drizzling, warm up the butter in a small saucepan or microwave).
- Sprinkle dark or milk chocolate on top and transfer to the freezer for at least 3 hours.
- After removing cupcakes from the freezer thaw them at least 5 minutes so they’ll become softer for eating. Because we have half of the cupcake filled with granola, the cups will melt quicker.
STEP 4 - SERVE!
Serve on a plate with dessert fork and knife or simply in the cupcake forms.
