Enjoy this easy, healthy Salmon Bowl! Oven-glazed salmon over rice, topped with avocado, cucumber, nori, edamame, green onions, and cilantro for a fresh, flavorful bite.
Mix sauce ingredients. Cook or reheat rice.
Cube salmon, season with salt, pepper, ginger, and onion powder. Marinate for 5 minutes.
Preheat oven to 425°F (204°C), bake salmon for 8 minutes, brush with sauce, bake 3 more minutes, then broil for 2 minutes if desired.
Serve over rice with cucumber, edamame, avocado, and favorite toppings!
