Quick Teriyaki Chicken and Broccoli Skillet is a fast, flavorful, and healthy takeout favorite—easy, delicious, and perfect for weeknights!
Marinate chicken in ¼ cup teriyaki sauce for 30 minutes.
Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high, then cook chicken until browned and fully cooked, about 7-8 minutes.
Set aside. Flash fry broccoli and scallions (2-3 min), add garlic, ginger (30 sec), and chili if desired.
