Stuffed  Mushroom Caps


Easy and quick stuffed mushrooms with cream cheese are an incredibly tasty appetizer recipe for any occasion. Made with just a few ingredients, these mushrooms are oven baked to perfection and are soy-free, vegetarian, and gluten free.

Clean the mushrooms. Remove the stems and scrape out the inside of the mushroom cap.

Saute diced mushroom stems with garlic. Set aside to cool.

Combine parmesan, and cream cheese, pepper, salt, green onion, and cooled mushroom stems with garlic.

Spoon the filling into each prepared mushroom creating a small dome of filling on top.

Sprinkle with grated mozzarella cheese on top

Bake at 400 F for 15-17 minutes until golden brown.

Serve with green onions and enjoy!
