Air Fryer Turkey Stuffed Peppers are a quick, delicious twist on the classic—perfectly cooked peppers filled with savory turkey, cheese, and rice!
Cook rice. Sauté onions, garlic, and turkey with salt and pepper for 8-10 minutes.
Stir in diced tomatoes and simmer for 10 minutes until liquid evaporates. Mix in cooked rice, cilantro, and 1 cup shredded cheese.
Cut a slit in peppers, remove seeds, and place them in a greased air fryer basket. Air fry at 400°F for 5 minutes.
Transfer peppers to a plate, fill with meat mixture, and top with cheese.
Return to air fryer and cook at 400°F for 5 minutes until cheese melts. Enjoy!
