Cajun Turkey Breast is a flavorful, easy recipe, seasoned with Cajun spices, roasted perfectly, and served with gravy—ideal for holiday dinners or anytime!
Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C) and brush a baking dish with butter. In a bowl, mix melted butter, garlic powder, onion powder, Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Brush turkey with seasoned butter mixture. Place in the baking dish.
Bake for 20 minutes at 450°F. Reduce heat to 350°F and bake for 60-75 minutes, basting occasionally, until thermometer reads 160°F.
Remove from oven, tent with foil, and let rest for 15-20 minutes until temperature reaches 165°F.
Slice, garnish with herbs and oranges, and serve with gravy. Enjoy!
