Cauliflower and Chickpea Curry
This super easy and ultra-creamy Vegan Chickpea Curry will become your new favorite weeknight dinner recipe. The mouth-watering sauce is made with crushed tomatoes, chickpeas, cauliflower, garlic, onions, coconut milk, and plenty of heartwarming spices.
Cauliflower Curry Recipe
Whisk fajita seasoning ingredients in a bowl, reserve 2 tablespoons of marinade for the veggies. Now add steak strips. Toss to coat.
Mix the veggies with the marinade and refrigerate for 1 hour both steak and the veggies separately.
In a skillet over medium high heat, cook veggies for 5-7 minutes until softened but still crisp.
