Cauliflower Mashed Potatoes
For The RECIPE
Cook the veggies for 8-10 minutes until soft. Drain well.
Melt 2 tablespoons of butter and saute garlic in it. Add the remaining butter, add milk, Vegeta seasoning, with salt. Simmer on low heat for 5 minutes.
In a food processor or with a handheld immersion blender, pulse/blend the veggies adding the milk mixture gradually until you get the desired consistency.
Adjust seasoning and serve with more butter and herbs on top!
