In a pot, cook the pasta until al dente. Rinse and drain. Drizzle With olive oil to prevent sticking. Transfer back to the pot.

Transfer the pasta mix into prepared casserole dish and bake at 350 F for about 25 -30 minutes.
Towards the last 5 minutes, add cheese on top and bake until melted. Sprinkle more paprika and parsley for serving.
