This hearty Baked Meatball Casserole is layered with marinara, mozzarella, and Greek yogurt for a creamy, tangy touch—finished with parmesan and basil for the ultimate comfort food.
Mix pork, beef, breadcrumbs, and milk. Add onion, egg yolk, Parmesan, seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix gently.
Shape into meatballs and place on an oiled or parchment-lined baking sheet.
Bake at 425°F for 20 minutes.
Mix cooked pasta with 14 meatballs and marinara sauce. Transfer to a greased casserole dish.
Spread Greek yogurt on top, stir slightly, then sprinkle mozzarella.
Bake at 375°F for 25-30 minutes until cheese melts and sauce bubbles.
Garnish with basil and Parmesan. Serve immediately.
