This ultra-cheesy cabbage pie is packed with flavor and made with simple ingredients like shredded cabbage, mozzarella, and eggs. Serve with sour cream or Greek yogurt and fresh parsley.

Preheat oven to 375°F and grease an 8 or 9-inch round baking dish with butter or cooking spray.
