Chicken and Rice Thai Style
Easy, quick, and packed with a bunch of crazy flavors. This Thai Chicken Fried Rice skillet will be your new busy weeknight dinner favorite.
Chicken Fried Rice
5 side portions
chicken rice brown sugar garlic onion ginger powder onion bell pepper mushrooms carrot vegetable oil fish sauce lime sweet and sour sauce chili flakes
Make the sauce by combining fish sauce, chili flakes, sweet and sour sauce, lime juice, brown sugar in a small bowl.
Season chicken with salt and pepper and cook on high for 3-4 minutes on both sides.
Cook carrots, bell peppers and mushrooms.
Add onions and garlic,
and ginger powder.
Add in the eggs scrambling them until just set.
Add in cooked rice, sauce
and chicken, fry for few minutes and remove from the heat.
Garnish with Thai basil, hot peppers, scallions and serve
