Chicken Noodles  With Thai  Red Curry Paste

This bowl of noodles is huge on flavor and is packed with bites of tender chicken, coconut milk, rice noodles, spices, and lime juice.

Cook the chicken on high on both sides.  Add onion, curry paste, and stir well. Follow with vegetables, garlic, ginger.  Stir in coconut milk and mix the sauce.

Take the sauce to a boil, add noodles, and reduce heat. Close the lid and simmer for 5 minutes. Garnish with lime wedges and sesame seeds.
