Peanut butter lovers, these chewy gluten-free cookies are a must-try! Made with just 5 simple ingredients: peanut butter, almond flour, maple syrup, baking powder, and vanilla.

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C) and line a baking sheet. Mix peanut butter, maple syrup, and vanilla in a bowl.

In a separate bowl, whisk almond flour and baking powder.

In a separate bowl, whisk almond flour and baking powder, then combine with wet ingredients. Fold in chocolate chips.
