Chocolate Dipped Cookies

Chocolate-covered Thumbprint Cookies are filled with jam, sweet, festive, and great for holidays. Vegan + dairy free + gluten-free.

Gather ingredients

 In a medium mixing bowl, add almond flour, coconut oil, maple syrup, vanilla, and salt.

Scoop dough and roll into round cookie shape

Create a small dent in each cookie

Add 1 teaspoon of jam in the middle of each cookie and bake for 15-18 minutes.

Melt dark chocolate chips

Pour over cooled cookies, let cool and repeat with white chocolate. Sprinkle dried raspberries (optional)
