This 4-ingredient sausage pasta is a simple yet satisfying one-pan meal—rich, hearty, and perfect for busy nights!
Boil salted water and cook pasta until almost al dente. Meanwhile, sauté onion over medium heat, then add sausage and cook for 4-5 minutes.
Stir in tomatoes, cook until they wrinkle, then reduce heat.
Transfer pasta to the skillet, gradually adding 2-4 tbsp of pasta water. Toss off heat, then optionally stir in parmesan or season with salt and pepper.
Garnish with parmesan and fresh parsley.
