Creamy Mashed Potatoes and Cauliflower
Learn how to make the easy and the most flavorful Mashed Cauliflower and Potatoes. The silky smooth buttery puree is healthy, without heavy cream or cream cheese, and a pleasure with a hint of garlic. The best side dish for any steak!
Cauliflower Mashed Potatoes
Cook the veggies for 8-10 minutes until soft. Drain well.
Melt 2 tablespoons of butter and saute garlic in it. Add the remaining butter, add milk, Vegeta seasoning, with salt. Simmer on low heat for 5 minutes. –
In a food processor or with a handheld immersion blender, pulse/blend the veggies adding the milk mixture gradually until you get the desired consistency.
Adjust seasoning and serve with more butter and herbs on top!
