These Air Fryer Chicken Thighs are crispy, juicy, and packed with flavor—no deep frying needed!
Season chicken thighs with ½ tsp celery salt and set aside.
Prepare coating bowls—mix cornstarch, spices, and remaining celery salt in one; whisk egg in another.
Dredge chicken in seasoning, dip in egg, then coat again, pressing gently. Shake off excess.
Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Place chicken skin-side up, spray lightly with oil.
Air fry for 22-25 minutes, flipping halfway. Ensure internal temp reaches 165°F (74°C).
