Air fryer jalapeño poppers are creamy, perfectly seasoned, and topped with crunchy tortilla chips—ready in just 6 minutes per batch!
Halve the jalapeños and remove the seeds and membranes.
Mix cream cheese, cheddar, green onions, and seasonings in a bowl. Fill each jalapeño half with about 1 tablespoon of the mixture.
Preheat the air fryer (Cosori 5.8 qt). Arrange stuffed peppers in a single layer and air fry at 375°F for 6-7 minutes.
While the peppers fry, crush tortilla chips in a zip-lock bag using a rolling pin. Sprinkle over cooked jalapeños and serve with scallions or Ranch dressing.
