These quick and easy low-carb lettuce wraps are filled with savory beef and wholesome ingredients—gluten-free, flavorful, and made with pantry staples for a fuss-free meal!
Sauté onions in oil over medium heat until soft.
Add ground beef, season with salt & pepper, and cook until browned. Drain if needed.
Stir in spices, tomato sauce, and coconut aminos. Adjust seasoning, cook briefly, then remove from heat.
Fill lettuce leaves with beef, then top with red cabbage and carrots.
Add hot sauce if desired & enjoy warm! Makes 6 mini wraps.
