Roasted Cabbage Steaks are a simple, flavorful side with just six ingredients! Thick slices roast to tender, caramelized perfection with crispy edges. Perfect for the oven or grill and pairs with any meal!
Preheat oven to 400°F, line a baking sheet with parchment, and place ¾- to 1-inch cabbage disks on it.
Whisk olive oil, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper. Brush onto both sides of cabbage.
Bake for 25-30 minutes until browned and tender.
Sprinkle with Parmesan, garnish with parsley, and squeeze lemon juice. Serve hot!
