Step 1

Cook sausage in a skillet over medium-high heat, breaking it into small pieces. Drain fat and set aside.

Sauté onion, bell pepper, and celery in the same skillet. Add garlic, Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper; cook for 30 seconds.
