Breakfast Casserole – Fluffy bread soaked in a savory egg mixture, baked with crispy bacon & cheese to perfection. Perfect for breakfast or brunch!
Whisk eggs, milk/cream, salt, pepper, and seasoning.
Cook bacon until crispy, drain, and mix in (reserve some).
Stir bread, green onions, and cheese (save some for later) into egg mixture. Refrigerate 1+ hour.
Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C), grease dish, add mixture, top with cheese and bacon, and bake covered for 20-25 mins.
Let sit for 15-20 mins, garnish with parsley, green onions, bacon, and parmesan. Enjoy!
