Easy Christmas Dessert Brownies
Gluten-Free Christmas Brownies are a great alternative to traditional Christmas cookies. With minimal mess, no rolling the dough or cutting out the shapes, and then endlessly decorating. These brownies are easy to make, fudgy, and full of flavor.
Christmas Tree Brownies
Melt the chocolate chips and oil until smooth using double boiler method (instructions in the blog post)
Whisk to large eggs until foamy (about 2-3 minutes)
Combine eggs, melted chocolate chip mixture, GF flour, salt, sugar, vanilla, cornstarch, cocoa powder
Pour the batter into 8 or 9 inches baking dish
Bake for 20-25 minutes at 350 Fahrenheit
Let cool completely. Cut the baked brownies into triangles
Prepare decoration by mixing powdered sugar, milk and food coloring
Decorate the cut out brownie triangles with powdered sugar glaze, sprinkles. Let the glaze set completely and serve immediately!
