Lemon Kale Caesar Salad is a chicken salad lover's delight! A zesty blend of citrus juices, healthy caesar dressing, juicy chicken, and some essential toppings are sure to please!

Mash the sardine in a small bowl or mason jar. Add all dressing ingredients.

Prepare the lettuce.

Cook for 5-6 minutes on both sides until golden brown (for a medium chicken breast).

When the dressing is refrigerated enough, give it a a good stir and pour over the salad. Top with sliced chicken pieces.

Garnish with fresh lemon wedges and/or lime slices, croutons, parmesan shavings, black cracked pepper and dig in!
