For The RECIPE
Whisk fajita seasoning ingredients in a bowl, reserve 2 tablespoons of marinade for the veggies. Now add steak strips. Toss to coat.
Mix the veggies with the marinade and refrigerate for 1 hour both steak and the veggies separately.
In a skillet over medium high heat, cook veggies for 5-7 minutes until softened but still crisp.
Set aside and repeat the process with the steak strips. Steak will cook quickly so don't overcook it. More tips and details in the blog post (click learn more below)
Return the veggies, add leftover marinade, simmer for a couple of minutes more. Serve in tortilla wraps with sour cream and more toppings.
