Enjoy Healthy French Fries In Air Fryer

These Air Fryer French Fries are fresh, crispy, cheesy and a healthy homemade alternative to traditional deep-fried restaurant appetizers.

Preheat the air fryer to 400  F.  Cut potatoes into ¼ inch strips lengthwise and each strip into ¼ inch wide strips.  Soak the fries in room temperature water for 15-30 minutes.

Rinse the fries and toss the fries in oil, and seasonings.  Air fry for 20-25 minutes until crispy and golden brown.

If the fries are not as crispy as you'd like, fry them for another 5 or more minutes until they are.

add more seasoning, parmesan cheese and serve with favorite dipping sauces.
