Baked cod fillets, perfectly seasoned and wrapped in foil with tender veggies. Cook in the oven or on the grill, then top with zesty Chimichurri sauce!

Step 1

Thaw cod if needed, pat dry, and preheat oven to 400°F. Mix olive oil, salt, pepper, and herbs; coat veggies and cod.

Place veggies in foil, seal, and bake for 15 minutes.

Open packets, top with cod, butter, and a lemon slice.
