Napa cabbage stir-fried with mushrooms in a flavorful Asian sauce—healthy, vegan, and delicious!
Slice Napa cabbage into thin strips, discarding the thick base. Sauté mushrooms in olive oil over medium heat until browned (5-7 minutes).
Stir in ginger, garlic, cabbage, soy sauce, sesame oil, vinegar, and optional sugar. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring often.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds, cilantro, and chili flakes. Enjoy!
