Fruity Low Carb Salad Dressing

The taste of this ‘’Strawberry vinaigrette’’ is so luxurious that you’ll love adding it to many of your recipes as it instantly brightens any dish.

Ingredients: – strawberries hulled and stems removed - light muscovado sugar – apple cider vinegar – Himalayan pink salt – Black ground pepper to taste – basil leaves – olive oil – poppy seeds

Blend all dressing ingredients except poppyseeds until smooth and creamy.

Add the seeds and let stand in the fridge for 10-20 minutes.

Serve with fresh berry salads, with crostinis and many more!
