Preheat oven to 350°F. Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in a saucepan until smooth. Set aside.
Beat eggs for 3 minutes. Add vanilla, cocoa powder, sugar, almond flour, cornstarch, and salt. Mix well, then fold in the melted chocolate.
Transfer batter to a lined 8x8-inch pan and bake for 25 minutes. Cool completely, top with chocolate glaze and pomegranate seeds. Slice and serve!
