Sautéed asparagus and peas is a simple, healthy side dish with vibrant colors and complementary flavors, perfect on its own or added to various recipes.
Rinse asparagus and pat dry. Trim ends by snapping or cutting off 1-2 inches. Peel tough skin if needed.
Sauté asparagus in olive oil for 3-4 minutes, add peas, cook 1-2 minutes, then season with salt, pepper, and lime juice (optional).
