Healthy Cornbread Recipe
Gather ingredients: cornflour, gf flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, oil, melted butter, honey, eggs, milk.
Whisk together sugar, baking powder, corn flour, flour, and salt. Set aside.
In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and add the oil, melted butter, honey, and milk. Pour the wet ingredients into dry ingredients. Whisk to combine.
Pour everything into a greased 8 or 9-inch round pan. Bake in the oven for 35 minutes at 350º F.
Serve with butter and maple syrup or use as a side to chilis, stews, soups. Our favorite is this simple bean stew!
