Stuffed Chicken Breast
Learn how to make healthy stuffed chicken breasts that are loaded with creamy mozzarella, asparagus and coated in delicious honey lime seasoning.

Cut each chicken breast lengthwise to create pockets
Combine honey lime chicken marinade ingredients in a bowl
Place the chicken in a sealable bag and pour in the marinade
Massage the chicken making sure it's fully coated in marinade, refrigerate 2-3 hours
Trim asparagus, drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and pepper
Stuff the chicken pockets with 2-3 asparagus sprigs
Add a layer of Mozzarella cheese slices
Close the pockets with toothpicks
Melt butter in a pan and sear chicken for 3-4 minutes until golden brown
Add a slice of lime on each chicken and bake 25 minutes
Enjoy with a fresh side salad!
