How To Season Ground Beef Tacos

YUMMYBOWL.COM

You can use either store bough taco seasoning mix or make your own in just 5 minutes. Plus you'll need some salsa. That's pretty much it for seasoning ground beef tacos. Double or triple the taco seasoning recipe and properly stored, it should last you for up to 6 months.

Let's make ground beef tacos. First, mix the spices for taco seasoning.

In a nonstick large skillet over medium-high heat, add olive oil and cook the beef until it is nicely browned.

Drain any excess grease. Return to the stove and add water,  salsa or tomato puree, and seasonings.

Take it to a simmer, reduce the heat, and cook for another 5-7 minutes.

Assemble the tacos with  seasoned ground beef and your favorite taco toppings.
