Craving buffalo wings with a veggie twist? These buffalo cauliflower bites are perfect for Game Day or any party! Serve with ranch, blue cheese, and veggie sticks.
Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (about 4–5 minutes). In a large bowl, place the cauliflower florets.
Set up two bowls: one with beaten eggs and water, the other with almond flour, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Dip florets in the egg mixture, then coat with almond flour. Repeat for a double coating.
Air fry at 350°F for 14 minutes, shaking at 7 minutes. Spray with oil and cook in batches if needed.
Mix melted butter and hot sauce in a bowl.
Toss cooked cauliflower in sauce. For extra crispiness, air fry for 4 more minutes or drizzle sauce before serving.
