This juicy Pork Tenderloin is coated in flavorful herbs and spices, pan-seared to perfection, and pairs beautifully with lingonberry or cranberry sauce. A crowd-pleasing dish!

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400°F (204°C). Trim fat from pork, poke holes with a fork, mix spices with olive oil, and coat pork evenly.

Heat oil in a pan and sear pork until golden brown, 5-6 minutes per side.

Transfer to a baking dish and bake at 400°F for 8 minutes per side until internal temp reaches 140°F-150°F (65°C).

Prepare lingonberry sauce if using. Let pork rest for 10-15 minutes, drizzling with cooking juices.
