Blend or finely chop onions and bell peppers.
Combine ground beef, spices, salt, pepper, and blended veggies. Form into 4 patties.
Heat a grill pan with oil over medium heat. Cook patties for 3-4 minutes per side. Add cheddar before removing.
Mix cabbage, parsley, salt, and olive oil. Slice pickles. Toast burger buns in the same pan.
