Taco Salad is a flavorful mix of crunchy lettuce, Tex-Mex spiced beef, avocado, tomatoes, olives, corn, and zesty Catalina dressing—a must-try!
Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Brown beef for about 6 minutes, drain excess fat, and season with taco seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for 1 more minute.
Let cool off heat. Meanwhile, mix dressing ingredients in a bowl or mason jar.
Chill dressing for 30 minutes if time allows, then assemble the salad.
Layer lettuce, crushed Doritos, beef (drizzle with dressing), toppings, and remaining ingredients on a platter. Drizzle with Catalina dressing and serve immediately.
Serves 3 as a main dish or 6 as a side.
