These crispy baked buffalo chicken tostadas are loaded with spicy chicken, melted cheddar, and a ranch drizzle—pure comfort food with a kick!
Preheat oven to 425°F. Mix sour cream with ranch and chill. Sear buffalo-coated chicken, add water, simmer, and season.
Toss chicken in buffalo sauce. Sear in a heated skillet with oil for 2-3 minutes per side. Add water, simmer for 2-3 minutes, then season with salt.
Place tortillas on a baking tray, spray with oil, and bake for 3 minutes per side until crispy. Watch closely to prevent burning!
Top crispy tostadas with buffalo chicken and cheese. Bake until melted.
