Try this tasty salmon burger with fresh patties, zesty seasoning, and a light, delicious texture—perfect for a healthy meal!
Cut salmon into chunks and blend in a food processor until smooth.
Add mayo, 4 tbsp breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, lemon juice, mustard, cayenne, onion, and parsley. Pulse until combined.
Divide mixture into 6 or 4 parts. Form balls, dip in remaining breadcrumbs, and flatten slightly.
Heat ⅓ cup oil over medium-high. Fry patties for 2–3 mins per side until golden. Drain on paper towels.
Squeeze lemon on patties (optional). Add lettuce, veggies, mayo, and hot sauce to buns.
