Orange Cranberry Walnut Relish

This seasonal Orange Cranberry Walnut Relish is the perfect combination of tart cranberries, citrusy orange, and crunchy walnuts for a no cook alternative to traditional cranberry sauce. 

 Add a whole orange to the food processor and pulse until finely chopped. Transfer the oranges to a bowl.

Place the cranberries in a food processor and pulse until coarsely chopped. Add to oranges.

Add the sugar and nuts to the bowl and stir to combine.

Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least one hour or up to 3 days.

Serve straight from the fridge or at room temperature.
