This baked trout, coated in a zesty honey mustard, soy, and sesame glaze, is tender, flavorful, and ready in just 20 minutes!
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Mix Dijon mustard, honey, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
Season trout fillets with salt and pepper. Place them on greased foil, skin-side down. Pour marinade over, reserving some for later.
Secure foil packets, place them on a baking sheet, and bake for 10-15 minutes until fish flakes easily.
Drizzle with remaining sauce, sprinkle sesame seeds, and garnish with parsley. Serve with lemon slices and veggies.
