Toss the shrimp in homemade fajita marinade. Reserve some for the veggies.

Saute the veggies in the marinade until softened but still crisp. Set aside.

Cook the shrimp about 1 minute per side, just until you see the shrimp is becoming pink.

Return the veggies to the pan and stir until all mixed well and remove from heat.

Season with more salt and pepper and a squeeze of lime ​juice. Serve hot in warm tortillas with toppings.
