This Ground Beef Orzo Skillet is a one-pan, 30-minute dinner with seasoned beef, tender orzo, and a savory tomato broth. Family-friendly and so easy!
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onion and cook for about 5 minutes until softened.
Add ground beef to the skillet and cook for 6–8 minutes until browned.
Stir in garlic, paprika, Italian seasoning, bay leaf, salt, and pepper. Cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
