Gluten-Free Chicken Alfredo Bake is our go-to pasta dinner, made with penne, chicken, and creamy Alfredo sauce—simple, easy, and perfect for busy nights!
Preheat oven to 375°F. Cook 10 oz penne pasta as directed. Use leftover or pan-fried chicken.
Melt butter over medium heat, add garlic for 30 seconds, then whisk in flour for 1 minute. Add 3 cups diced chicken.
Gradually add milk and cream, whisking until thickened and it coats a spoon. Season with salt and pepper.
Remove from heat, stir in Parmesan until melted. In a large bowl, mix pasta, chicken, and sauce until well coated.
Grease an 8x11 dish. Layer half the pasta, 1 cup mozzarella, then repeat. Bake uncovered at 375°F for 20 minutes until golden. Garnish with parsley.
