Enjoy a hearty Hamburger Casserole with juicy beef, savory veggies, and cheesy goodness—perfect for a cozy weeknight dinner!
Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C) and grease a baking dish. Cook pasta until al dente, drain, rinse with cold water, and return to the pot.
Slowly add chicken broth and milk, simmer on low until thickened. Season Sauté onion in oil until soft, add garlic for 30 seconds. Cook ground beef until browned, adding more oil if needed. Drain and set aside.with salt and pepper to taste.
In the pasta pot, mix browned beef, tomato and mushroom soups, and half-and-half. Season with salt, pepper, smoked paprika, and parsley.
Transfer to a casserole dish and bake at 350°F for 25-30 minutes. Top with cheese in the last 5 minutes and bake until melted. Sprinkle paprika and parsley before serving. Enjoy warm!
