Our Green Goddess Dip is a creamy, flavor-packed blend of fresh veggies and herbs. Perfect as a low-carb salad dressing, a dip for crunchy veggies and chips, or a spread for sandwiches and burgers!
Blend lemon juice, yogurt, olive oil, and optional sweetener in a high-speed or immersion blender.
Add garlic, chives, parsley, spinach, cilantro, basil, mint, capers, salt, and pepper.
Blend until smooth and creamy, then refrigerate for 10-15 minutes.
Serve as a dip with chips, veggies, or crackers, or drizzle over a salad.
