Recipe For Stuffed Bell Peppers
This recipe has the best of simple ingredients – fresh bell peppers, ground beef, onions, tomatoes, cheese and the right seasonings that come together in a beautiful tasty meal.
Stuffed Bell Peppers
Saute onion and garlic. Add 2 oregano, basil, cook and then add the beef. Salt and pepper to taste.
Add can of crushed tomatoes, mix well and add cooked rice. (cook for 5 minutes) Next, in a small bowl mix grated cheese and 1 teaspoon oregano. Set aside.
Brush peppers generously with olive oil all over the peppers and transfer to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, bake until they are soft. (15-20 minutes).
When peppers are cooked take them out of the oven and fill in with just prepared beef mixture. Fill the peppers fully and top with grated cheese mix.
Bake for about 20 minutes and until cheese is properly melted.
